AgentHub (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Lanexa B.V., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our platform at agent.lanexa.eu and use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Data You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, VAT number, business registration details.
  • Profile information: business description, product categories, target markets, languages spoken, professional experience.
  • Communication data: messages exchanged through our platform, support requests, feedback.
  • Financial data: bank account details and payment information for commission processing (handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor).

Automatically Collected Data

  • Device and browser information, IP address, operating system.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on pages, click patterns.
  • Location data (country/region level) derived from IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing and maintaining the AgentHub marketplace platform.
  • Matching suppliers with suitable agents based on profile data.
  • Processing commission payments and financial transactions.
  • Verifying business credentials and preventing fraud.
  • Sending transactional emails (account updates, partnership notifications, payment confirmations).
  • Marketing communications (only with your explicit consent).
  • Analytics and platform improvement (aggregated and anonymized where possible).

4. Data Sharing

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

  • With your counterparties: When you engage with a supplier or agent, relevant business profile information is shared to facilitate the partnership.
  • Service providers: Hosting (EU-based), payment processing, email delivery, and analytics services, all bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: When required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. International Data Transfers

As a China-Europe platform, some data may be transferred between the EU and China. All international transfers are safeguarded by:

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, secure data centers within the EU, regular security audits, access controls, and intrusion detection systems. Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

AgentHub is a B2B platform and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our platform. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
