How does the commission system work?
Suppliers set commission rates (typically 5-15%) when posting offers. When an agent closes a deal, the commission is calculated on the deal value and tracked through our platform. AgentHub charges a small platform fee on top, but the supplier-agent commission is fully transparent to both parties.
Is there a free trial for agents?
Yes! Every new agent account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can browse offers, apply to suppliers, and experience the platform before committing to a subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers (SEPA for EU, wire for international), and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your agent subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. For suppliers, individual offer postings are one-time payments and non-refundable once published.
How are deals tracked?
Our built-in deal pipeline lets both suppliers and agents track every deal from initial interest to closed sale. You can update deal stages, add notes, attach documents, and both parties have full visibility. Commission calculations are automatic based on reported deal values.
What currencies are supported?
Platform fees and subscriptions are billed in USD. However, deals between suppliers and agents can be denominated in any currency. Our commission tracking supports USD, EUR, GBP, and CNY with automatic exchange rate conversion.
